I am a licensed social worker (LSW) and have two masters degrees from Capella University, the first being in Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management and leadership and the second being in Social Work (2018 and 2020 respectively). I provide individual and family therapy working with children from the age of 10-adults. My experience includes working with clients who experience many different mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction, and adjustment disorders. I utilize CBT and DBT and am solution focused in our sessions with you in the driver’s seat. Hopefully, through our time together client’s understand that there is always more than meets the eye to any problem that may arise.

In my free time, I love anything to do with music- singing, playing piano, or going to concerts. I also enjoy cooking and learning all about new recipes and ways of making new cuisine. I look forward to meeting and working with you soon!
