Brittney McVey, LCSW, COO

I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2013. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. My areas of expertise include working with children (minimum age 10), adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and anger issues. I use CBT and DBT to create individualized treatment plans for each client.

Through professional support in conjunction with evidence-based practices, I believe clients can understand their mental health concerns more clearly, learn about the positive effects of coping skills, and feel more confident managing their emotional well-being more effectively.

I enjoy hiking with my husband and dog, gardening, and checking out new restaurants!
